As tempting as it sounds, let’s keep your bag away from the washing machine! Instead, stick to a gentle wipe-down.
What should I do if my bag smells after delivery?
We try our best to avoid unpleasant smells from the manufacturing process but sometimes new bags can have a slight smell from packaging as well. Just air it out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two, and it should be good to go!
Can I find your bags in any retail stores?
Currently, our bags are available online, but we’re always exploring new options. For now, shopping from our website is the best way to get your hands on our products!
